  • Flower deliveries are available Monday - Saturday, please place your order before 11.30am.
  • For Saturday delivery, please place your order by 12pm on Friday.
  • Unfortunately we aren't able to guarantee a delivery time, but if you had something in mind, make a note and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Our Flowers & Seasonality

nectar's style is a little wild, a little unconventional - full of rich texture and tone.

We work with an array of local growers, carefully sourced suppliers, and also grow some blooms ourselves. By working with the seasons, we ensure your bouquet lasts beautifully.

If you have something special in mind, tell us your favourites (or dislikes) and we'll see what we can create.

Look after your blooms

Your flowers should last around 4-7 days. A little love goes a long way - here's how to keep them happy:

  1. Start with a clean vase. Flowers are fussy about cleanliness.
  2. Trim your stems at a 45-degree angle, under running water if you can. It opens up the xylem (basically, their drinking straws)
  3. Avoid direct sun, drafts and air-con. Flowers like a calm, steady environment, just like the rest of us. Heading away? Pop them into the fridge.
  4. Top up the water often, and change it completely every few days. Fresh water makes all the difference.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Our promise to you

We take pride in getting fresh, beautiful flowers to you and your loved ones in the best possible condition. We know our flowers are often sent for special moments - birthdays, bereavements, or 'just because' - getting it right matters to us.

If your flowers didn't arrive in great shape, or haven't lasted at least 3 days, please give us a call within that time. Once we're confident they've been cared for as recommended, we'll happily replace them.

A few things to know:

  • You can cancel your order free of charge, as long as we haven't started arranging it yet.
  • Refunds are not generally offered on flowers, but we will replace them if they are unsatisfactory.
  • Refunds go back to the original card used for purchase, and usually take 1-2 business days to process.
